Drew Stephens
For more than 20 years, Drew has built his life around trucking, hard work, and family. He is still up at 3 a.m. getting the operation moving—and he still climbs into a truck to haul freight, even though he no longer has to.
For Drew, driving keeps him grounded. It is his way of staying connected to the work and showing genuine respect for every driver who keeps America moving. He leads with humility, loyalty, and the belief that family will always come first.

Jake Ch.
Jake brings 15 years of behind-the-desk trucking experience in dispatch, operations, and team management. His knowledge was shaped long before it became his career—his father was a truck driver, and Jake grew up riding with him on trips across the country.
That upbringing gave him respect for drivers and a real understanding of what the road asks from their families. He brings energy, experience, and a constant hunger to improve. Away from trucking, Jake's world is family and soccer—the same places he learned teamwork, discipline, and persistence.

Drew Lively
There is no “no” in Drew's dictionary. He is the person who steps in, finds a way, and takes care of whatever LS Trucking needs. Safety is his greatest responsibility because every decision comes back to protecting our drivers and the families waiting for them at home.
He still gets behind the wheel and makes deliveries six days a week. His reliability, hands-on leadership, and care for the community have helped shape LS into what it is today. Family is everything to Drew, and helping people is simply part of who he is.

Gerid Stephenson
Although Gerid is still a working driver—running freight in LS Trucking's iconic W900, truck #17—his role reaches far beyond the driver's seat. He is always there for our drivers, ready to help with whatever the day brings.
From equipment issues and load securement to driver concerns and challenges on the road, Gerid brings the experience and steady judgment our team can count on. Our drivers look up to him because he has earned their trust through action. He leads from the road and makes sure no driver ever feels like they are handling a problem alone.
